Key Responsibilities (Customer Service Executive)

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our custom-built CRM and ERP systems
  • Respond to client support queries via phone and email
  • Connect to client systems using remote desktop tools to troubleshoot issues
  • Deploy new software versions and assist with upgrade processes
  • Create and maintain support documentation and guides
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team with detailed context
  • Assist in testing new features and system changes
  • Design custom templates using the Delphi programming language
  • Write SQL queries and work with Interbase databases

  • Strong computer literacy and confident use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience with ERP or business management software systems

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Some experience or familiarity with Delphi or other programming languages

A Typical Day in the Role

You’ll work closely with a supportive team across India and the UK. After training, you’ll begin taking client calls, responding to support emails, logging tickets, and progressing through your task list. You’ll balance routine tasks with more technical activities like template design or testing new features.

This role is fully remote. To work from home, you must have:
