Company is seeking a skilled AI Agent Workflow Engineer to architect, develop, and refine advanced intelligent agent systems. This role involves building end-to-end AI workflows that seamlessly integrate large language models (LLMs), external tools, APIs, and custom business logic to solve complex, real-world problems.
The ideal candidate will focus on creating robust, scalable, and reliable agent architectures capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks across multiple platforms and integrations. You will play a key role in optimizing agent behavior, improving decision-making pipelines, and ensuring consistent performance in production environments.
This is a full-time position designed for engineers with practical, hands-on experience in developing AI agents beyond basic prompt engineering. Candidates should be comfortable working with multi-step workflows, orchestration frameworks, and real-world system constraints, and should have a strong understanding of how autonomous agents operate at scale.
