Job Overview
You’ll be part of Amazon’s Shipping and Delivery Support team, ensuring successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners. Our mission is to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, and you’ll play a key role in achieving that goal by being the first point of human contact for delivery-related queries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer driver and customer questions through phone, chat, and/or email
- Navigate and reviewing solutions in real-time using a variety of tools
- Facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders
- Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
- Problem-solve for customers without reading from a script
- Provide exceptional support and troubleshoot delivery issues
You will also need to be able to
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills
- Work comfortably with computers and navigate multiple systems
- Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Work in rotating shifts (late night and overnight shifts primarily, early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Be punctual and present for your entire work shifts
- Be fully committed to your customer service role whilst working at Amazon
- Maintain a quiet workspace where you can focus on supporting customers without interruption.
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have completed 10+2 education (12th grade) — freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- You must be proficient in English, including the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements.
- You must be authorised to work in India.
