Job Description
· Developing Priority Sector Finance Products and Innovative Structures for catering business needs.
· Working with field teams to develop area specific region specific products
· Devising Business Strategies for the Bank to accomplish Priority Sector Targets.
· Preparing Business budgets as per ANBC and allocation to Business Segments and regular monitoring and review of their performance for achievement
· Imparting Training to Business Segments/ Regional Teams for partnering in Knowledge sharing.
· MIS Reporting
· Liaisoning with Banks/ NBFCs for Pool Buyout and IBPC
· Co-ordination with cross functional departments including Business/ Compliance/ Risk/ Legal for supporting them in building priority sector business complying with the extant regulatory guidelines.
· Required a dynamic and energetic professional with product and business experience in Agriculture Banking and Business Planning.
· Should possess understanding of different markets and field level documentation requirement
· Should be able to effectively co-ordinate between different cross functional and regional teams
· Should possess good balance sheet, P & L understanding, should be able to manage MIS for agribusiness
· Responsible for identifying new markets for business and suitably developing products
