ROLE SUMMARY
- The incumbent is required to manage the collections ( 30+, 90+ NCL, Recoveries) as per business standards.
- He/ She are to drive Productivity and Performance & Manage/ Reduce Expense.
- The incumbent needs to ensure process design and governance to mitigate risks from outsourcing, information security- reputational risk / operational risk / credit risk / information security risk.
- Further this role should provide insights to Credit Risk / Credit Policy to ensure Credit Quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate collections infrastructure at all times.
- Management of Flow/ loss rates as per collection plan- 30+, 90+, NCL, NPA, Provisions.
- Ensure productivity and Performance metrics set by business are met and improved upon.
- Expense reduction by improvement in productivity and performance.
- Operational risk/ credit risk/ market risk/ information security risk governance.
- Credit Quality/ Feedback to Credit Policy.
- Digitization and productivity enhancement.
Self-Management Responsibilities
