Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Developer Job 2026
- Develop business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy FICO Blaze Advisor rule artifacts, including rule sets, decision trees, decision tables, and rule flows.
- Analyze existing business rules and decision-making processes and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate FICO Blaze solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FICO Blaze Advisor implementation.
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and user guides for FICO Blaze solutions.
- Scorecards and CR development along with unit testing.
- Bug fixes and support for SIT and UAT testing.
- Support client team on releasing and deploying the new changes into the production environment.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and Design Pattern is desirable.
- Experience in FICO Blaze/DMP and its decision entities knowledge like Decision Table, Scorecard, Decision Tree, Function, Rule set and debug skill
- Continuous Service Improvement (Identifying the root causes of performance issues and fixing them)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in .Net/Java technologies,
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
