Job Summary
Company is looking for experienced Medical Scribes with strong knowledge of US Healthcare documentation standards. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate patient charts based on handwritten prescriptions, audio recordings, and EMR documentation. This is currently a day-shift role with potential transition to night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
- Perform medical scribing based on:
- Handwritten prescriptions
- Audio recordings
- Scribe medical record documentation utilizing EMR applications.
- Update patient history, physical examination findings, and other health information in the prescribed format.
- Ensure accurate, real-time, and error-free documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate with physicians/providers for documentation clarification when required.
Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Scribe.
- Mandatory experience with US-based clinics / US Healthcare scribing.
- Typing speed of minimum 40 WPM.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience working with EMR/EHR applications.
- Ability to work independently in a secure and private location.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and proper work-from-home setup.

Preferred Qualification
Experience in Live Scribing will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule
- Currently Day Shift.
- Must be flexible to transition into Night Shift if the role converts to pure night operations.
- Initial working hours: 3–5 hours per day (subject to extension based on business requirements).
